When is construction scheduled to start?

Work will begin on our lobby level on Monday, October 29.

Will work still be going on during my stay dates?

If you received a message or email from us, we anticipate some portion of our upgrades to still be going on during your stay. Though depending on your exact dates, you may not experience any disruption.

Where will the construction be taking place?

Work will occur on the lobby level as well as select guest rooms.

What days and times will the construction be taking place?

Noise may be experienced from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and select weekends. We have taken measures, and will continue to work closely with our contractor, to minimize the inconvenience and intrusiveness of the upgrades on our guests.

Will I be refunded for the Urban Fee?

The Urban Fee is typically collected at check-in, even on non-refundable reservations. Unless you have booked a specific package where it is explicitly stated that the Urban Fee has been built into your room rate, you have not been charged for the Urban Fee.

Where can I go have breakfast nearby?

We are so fortunate to be located in one of the most incredible culinary cities in the world. Breakfast is a great opportunity to explore what San Francisco has to offer. We have compiled a list of walkable options that can be found here. If your day’s plans are taking you out of the immediate area and you would like a recommendation for a specific neighborhood, we would love to share our favorites with you.

I booked a package that includes breakfast. So… how does that work?

Guests who have booked a rate or package that includes breakfast will receive a $30USD VISA gift card per day beginning Friday, October 26.

I booked a package that includes complimentary drinks. How do I redeem them?

Guests who have booked a package which includes complimentary drinks will receive a VISA gift card for the full value of the included drinks ($16USD per 2 drinks).
